Law.Data.gov – Federal Agency Decisions

Law.Data.gov contains “… legal data from across the Executive Branch in the form of administrative decisions, case filings, legal interpretations and agency directives.”  Click on the Data/Tools tab and search for the agency you want, or try the Search this Community box.   Some of the listings link to decisions and guidance on agency web pages.     At this time, the site does not include all agency decisions, even those already available on the web.   For more suggestions on how to find federal agency decisions and guidance see our library’s Federal Administrative Law research guide .

Law.Data.gov is a new part of  Data.gov , the U.S. federal government’s data clearinghouse site.  The Data.gov site has datasets that may be useful to those writing law review or law school papers.  The data includes law enforcement, court and prison data, employment and labor data, administrative agency workload statistics and more.
