Connect with CSU Wellness Resources Remotely or in Person

As a CSU|LAW student, you have access to many campus-wide wellness and mental health resources. Taking the time to value and support your own wellness and mental health – even when classes, exams and life in general keep you busy – can really pay off in the long term. This list highlights those resources that are available both remotely and in person.

CSU|LAW Health, Wellness & Belonging – A clearinghouse page of campus wellness information.

CSU Counseling Center Services – Providers are available to talk with you in person or on Zoom for individual counseling and consultation. Various online support groups also available.

Disability Services at CSU – Office of Disability & Testing Services handles accommodations, including accommodations for remote and take home testing.

Shine Well – offered through the CSU Rec Center, offering a diverse group of programs to guide you on your journey to optimal health
