Ohio’s administrative rules – which eventually get codified into the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) – change rapidly. If you’re working in or interested in an area of law that’s heavily governed by rule making (think healthcare, medical marijuana, education or benefits law for example), then keeping up with Ohio rules is a must.
