Quiet Room in the Learning Commons, Nap Pods & Massage Chairs on Campus
As finals approach, it’s a good strategy to have your de-stress plan in place. Part of your de-stress strategy might include finding quiet places in the law school and on campus where you can relax for a minute.
In the Learning Commons in the library, you’ll find the Quiet Room, a place just for law students where you can quietly sit, do yoga, meditate or reflect. The room has some comfortable seating, room for yoga or meditation, and some wellness resources.
Elsewhere on campus you’ll find additional wellness spaces. Through the Rec Center’s Shine Well initiative, you can read more about two additional wellness spaces on campus: the Wellness Cube in the Student Center, and the Shine Well Studio in the Rec Center. Both of those locations are equipped with zero-gravity massage chairs, nap pods, and quiet seating.
