4/10/2023 SPILO Seminar on Trauma-Informed Practice

The CSU|LAW Student Public Interest Law Organization (SPILO) is sponsoring a FREE in-person seminar on trauma-informed practice.  The seminar will take place 1pm-2pm, 4/10/2023, in College of Law Room 60.  The speaker will be Reinhild Boehme, Lecturer at the CSU School of Social Work and a Clinical Fellow at OhioGuidestone’s Institute of Family and Community Impact.  Boehme will review what is trauma, how do we recognize the impacts of trauma, how does trauma affect individuals and families and communities, what is trauma-informed practice, and what are the benefits of trauma-informed practice.
