April 8th Global Business Law Review / Journal of Law & Health Symposium Day
The Global Business Law Review and Journal of Law and Health will present the C|M|LAW Annual Symposium Day on April 8th, 2022. This 6-hour virtual symposium is free for law students and those not seeking CLE credit, $90 for half day CLE, and $150 for full day CLE. The first half of the day will have panels of speakers discussing “Female Thought Leaders” in Immigration Law; Cybersecurity, Technology and Data Privacy; and Business Organizations. The second half of the day features keynote speaker I. Glenn Cohen, Professor of Law, Deputy Dean, and Faculty Director of the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology & Bioethics at Harvard Law School. Professor Cohen will present “Medical AI: Humans in the Loop, Ethics in the Loop.” Other afternoon sessions will be “Artificial Intelligence and Discrimination in Healthcare,” “Exploitation and Individual Autonomy in AI Healthcare,” “Data Privacy Questions in the Digital Health World,” and “Emerging Issues in Healthcare, Technology, and Data Privacy and Protection.” Students and non-CLE register here.
