Mental Health Resources for the Start of the Semester
Starting a new semester can be stressful. And starting one this pandemic year can be extra stressful. One resource you have in your mental health toolkit is our recently update research guide, Mental Health and Well-Being – Resources for Law Students. This guide includes links to yoga and meditation videos, and lets you know what books are included in our mental health and well-being book collection. This collection of books covers topics like depression, anxiety, work, stress, and more. Through the guide, you can request these titles in Scholar, the library catalog. Any book you request through Scholar will be ready for you to pick up in the library or as curbside pickup.
Our mental health resource guide is one of over 50 research guides updated regularly by our librarians. These research guides cover many substantive law topics, and well as general resources for students.
