Application for Absentee/Mail Ballot

Ohio voters with up-to-date registration information can request an absentee ballot up to three days before the 11/5/19 General Election.  The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections “Vote by Mail” page provides information on this process, including a link to a “Vote by mail ballot application“.  One’s absentee ballot must be returned by 7:30pm on Election Day or postmarked by the post office by the day before Election Day.
