New Updates to HeinOnline’s ALI Library

Current content is now included in HeinOnline‘s American Law Institute (ALI) Library. Due to a new agreement with the Institute, there is no longer a six month delay in adding current material to Hein.  The American Law Institute Library content now includes current and historical content, as well as Law Review Articles.

Through an agreement with Fastcase, case law linking is also now found throughout the American Law Institute Library. Like other inline hyperlinks in Hein, case law citations are highlighted in blue and link to the full text of the case. Case law linking is found in the Restatements of the Law, Principles of the Law, Practical Litigator, and more. Simply click any blue highlighted case citation to access both historical and recent cases powered by Fastcase.
