You can track Ohio’s “Not My Boss’ Business Act,” a measure introduced by Democrats in the Ohio Senate [SB355] in late July, along with its companion bill [HB604] introduced a few days later, by accessing Hannah Capitol Connection through our research databases list. The bills, which were in reaction to the U.S. Supreme Court’s Hobby Lobby decision, would require that employers through their health-care plans cover all federally approved contraceptive drugs and devices.
