Legal Writing Tips from the ABA’s Young Lawyer

I believe one can never get enough in terms of writing tips or guidance.  The ABA’s Young Lawyer has a great two-page article called Legal Writing: Ten Tips from the Trenches, written by Elizabeth G. Yeargin, a former adjunct professor of Legal Research and Writing.

This article is a quick read and covers some of the basic errors that lots of writers make.  So spend a few minutes reading and make yourself a better writer.
