If you’ve taken criminal procedure, you’ve probably heard of Terry v. Ohio (392 U.S. 1), a landmark “stop and frisk” case (from which “Terry stop” originates).  But, did you know that the incident that sparked the case occurred on October 31, 1963 at the corner of East 12th and Euclid?

Check out the library’s display of materials on the case located right outside the entrance!
