Today is Constitution Day, celebrating the ratification of the U.S. Constitution.  In addition to the U.S. Constitution, we can also celebrate State Constitutions, which sometimes afford more rights to citizens of a state.  State Constitutions have been in the news lately as groups seek to amend their state constitution pertaining to same sex marriage, marijuana legalization and other issues.
