This Just In: The Little Book of Movie Law

The Little Book of Movie Law [Find it] by Carol Robertson is hardy little. In fact, it clocks in at well over 400 pages. But there’s a lot to say about movies and the law. The author selects cases to illustrate the nexus of cinema and the areas of patent, trademark, copyright, obscenity, and cyberlaw, and explains the legal ramifications of each case as well as the relevance to movie history.  Like the other books in this ABA series, The Little Book of Movie Law is at least ten times more fun to read than your average casebook on IP or first amendment law. Bust out the popcorn.
