Free E-Casebook on Land Use Law

CALI’s ELangdell Project brings us another free ebook, a casebook on Land Use by Professor Christian Turner from the University of Georgia School of Law.  The book has a sample zoning code, and edited cases arranged into three sections:  Zoning Systems, Judicial Review and Regulatory Takings.   The book can be read using any ereader, or on your computer using ebook software, such as Calibre (which is free).
