New Format for Research Guides!
The Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Library is making legal research easier than ever with a new format called LibGuides, powered by Springshare. These guides are filled with useful links to Lexis, Westlaw and other databases, the library catalog, and many online sources, allowing you to quickly and easily find the information you need. You can explore the guides using a tag cloud, or browse by subject. These guides are filled with photos, recommended books and study aids, links to many free online resources about a variety of topics, including blogs and CALI lessons, plus easy-to-use widgets that allow you to search HeinOnline and other databases, the library catalog, or chat with a law librarian if you need assistance. Presently there are published guides covering, Land Use Planning and Zoning Law, Banking Law, Constitutional Law, and Lincoln: The Constitution and the Civil War: An Exhibition. Our newest addition, Empirical Legal Research and Statistics, provides links to many different kinds of statistical databases, government data and other resources for all your empirical research needs as well as statistical information about the legal profession. Many more guides are in the works so stay tuned to guides.law.csuohio.edu for new additions!
