Hiring Partner Conference – Moneyball for Legal Recruiting

C|M|LAW will host a Hiring Partner Conference on Friday, November 18th in the Moot Court room.  Indiana University School of Law Professor William Henderson, Professor of Law and Van Nolan Faculty Fellow and Director, Center on the Global Legal Profession will be the keynote speaker.  Professor Henderson is an expert in qualitative analysis, legal labor markets and law firm recruiting.  Hiring Partners and legal recruiters from area firms have been invited to discuss attributes that actually correlate to job performance.

This is program is an exciting one-of-a-kind opportunity to discuss the needs of the legal profession and will help us in better preparing our students.
