New: Health Affairs – An Online Monthly Journal

Health Affairs is a great resource for those writing papers on health care law, or those who want to keep up on the latest health care policy issues, both U.S and international.   Health Affairs makes the full text of articles available for free on the web, but only for articles three years or older.  To get the most recent articles, access Health Affairs from hardwired computers in the law school and library, such as those in the library computer lab.    The site is searchable and there is a topic list to help focus on subjects such as medicaid, medicare, ethical issues, insurance, access to care and many more.  There are briefs on health policy issues and a list of themed issues, where the entire monthly issue focused on a particular topic.

Email alerts and RSS feeds are available, which can be set up remotely from offsite, as well as in the library or law school.  You do not need to set up an account to get alerts –  just enter your email address.
