Getting a Handle on Motorcycle Handlebars
Last week, a new bill [HB316] was introduced in the Ohio General Assembly that would permit motorcycle handlebars to be of any height so long as the height does not adversely affect the ability of the operator to operate the motorcycle safely. Currently under Ohio law, motorcycle handlebars cannot be over fifteen inches higher than the seat.
