Free CLE Lecture at Case: Legal Issues in MultiChannel Video Programming Distribution

George D. Callard, Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs NBC Universal, Inc. will speak at Case Western Reserve University’s Law School on February 17, 2011 on the topic, “From the Couch to the Web: Developments in the Multichannel Video Programming Distribution Industry and Current Legal Issues”. The talk will cover the legal history of the cable TV industry and current issues for video content providers and distributors.  The definition of  multichannel video programming distributor will be discussed, but it appears it can include cable, satellite, broadband or other distributor.
