Cleveland Metro Bar Environmental Law Internships

Many excellent environmental law internships with the government or nonprofit organizations are unpaid.  Last summer, the Environmental Law section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) gave $3,000 to each of two students  to support their summer internships.   The Environmental Law section hopes to raise enough money to support three students this year.

For more information and the 2011  application form, visit the CMBA Environmental Law section’s web page and click on the Internship Fund tab.  The application form contains a non-exclusive list of available internships which will qualify for internship support.   A letter of acceptance from the employer, resume and writing sample must be submitted with the application.  The deadline is March 15, 2011.
