Center for Alcohol Policy Essay Contest

Law students are eligible to enter the Center for Alcohol Policy’s (CAP) Sixth Annual Essay Contest. The topic for this year’s contest is: “This year marks the 80th anniversary of the 21st Amendment. Has it achieved its intended purpose?”.  According to the CAP website, the essay contest “is intended to foster debate, analysis and examination of state alcohol regulation and its implications for citizens across the United States.”  First, second, and third prize winners will receive $5,000, $2,500, and $1,000 respectively.
