Professor Ray Publishes Book on Social Rights in South Africa

Professor Brian Ray has published a new book, “Engaging with Social Rights: Procedure, Participation and Democracy in South Africa’s Second Wave“. The book was published by Cambridge University Press; more information is available on the Cambridge University Press website.
