New Circuit Splits Blog

Another split circuit blog started up this November,  Circuit Splits. com by Nicholas J. Wagoner.  The new blog contains a useful post, How to Research Circuit Splits, which suggests searches for Lexis, Westlaw and Google Scholar.  As we have mentioned in this blog, circuit splits often provide great ideas for law review notes or upper level writing requirement papers.

You can also find circuit splits using:

*  U.S. Law Week (BNA)  by:

*  Clicking on Circuit Splits (on the left, under Key Features), OR
*  Clicking on Advanced Search (in the top blue bar),  search for “circuit splits” and narrow the results by adding topical search terms.

*  Split Circuits,  a blog by has existed since 2005 and continues to post at least once a month on  new circuit splits.
