Thanksgiving Break Tips
With Thanksgiving break next week and exams soon after, this can be a time of angst for law students. Here are some thoughts and tips to help you get through this next week:
- Make sure to spend some time with family and friends-especially if you haven’t seen them much this semester.
- You still need to do studying and school work. To ease anxiety it’s a good idea to come up with a realistic study plan of what you want to accomplish without neglecting number 1 above.
- Stick to your study plan.
- When outlining, remember there are a number of resources besides notes such as study aids, and CALI videos that may help fill in some blanks. If you get stuck on an area move on and go back to it later. Outlining during break will help you decide what technical and substantive questions you have for your professor about the exam.
- Try to rest and do something you find relaxing.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
