Update: How to Find Circuit Splits in US Law Week

In our prior post, New Circuit Splits: Potential Paper Topics we suggested finding Circuit Splits in U.S. Law Week by doing a search in the heading field for “circuit splits”. The search interface has changed, so this is no longer a good search. Try a search for “circuit split” (not in the heading field) and whatever other search terms you want. The most recent circuit split chart is for February 2009.

For the a list of the most recent circuit split reports, go to Hot Topics in the upper left corner, click on See All Recent Topics which retrieves an alphabetical list and then go to Circuit Splits. You can not search within this list, however, unless you pull up each individually and do Control F. You can always access the most recent circuit split report by clicking on Circuit Splits, underneath the key features button.
