4/10/2026 CSU|LAW Journal of Law & Health Symposium

The Cleveland State University College of Law Journal of Law & Health will present a Symposium 9am-12:30pm, Friday, April 10, 2026.  A Shot across the Bow – The Breaking Point of American Health Insurance will bring together leading scholars to examine the legal architecture of the American health insurance system and to explore how administrative law, regulatory oversight, and institutional design affect accountability, access to care, and the future stability of the health insurance market.  The Keynote will be presented by Matthew B. Lawrence, Associate Dean of Faculty and Professor of Law, Emory University School of Law.  There will also be two panel presentations on the future of health insurance and the role of the administrative state.  The Symposium has 3 hours CLE pending.  Registration is free for CSU|LAW students, faculty, and staff; $25 for online registration; $50 for in-person registration.  Register on the Symposium website.
