Improvement to Google Scholar’s Free Case Database

Google Scholar, currently the most comprehensive free database of cases on the web, has added more jurisdiction selection options.  Besides selecting all federal, or specific state(s), one can select a specific federal court – circuit, district or bankruptcy, or a specific state court level such as Ohio Supreme Court or Ohio appellate.

Be sure to use Google Scholar’s  advanced search.

You will see pull down menus to select a particular federal court or state, and a link for more options:  Select specific courts to search.
