Use WestlawNext’s Superbrowse to Understand Statutes in Context
When doing statutory research, it’s important to understand an individual statute in context. You can do this by reading the sections that surround the statute, so that you can see how one statute fits in a whole chapter or subchapter.
In WestlawNext, you can you can read for context by using Superbrowse. Once you’ve pulled up your statute, click on the icon next to the chapter or subchapter.
Superbrowse pulls up the entire chapter for you to review. This also works for subchapters. Now you can read your statute in the context of its surrounding sections.
