UCLA’s Research Guide on the Affordable Care Act
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, passed in spring 2010, poses significant challenges to legal researchers. The law itself is complex, and the many proposed challenges in Congress and the courts means that relevant information is spread across hundreds of sources.
Fortunately, the law library at the UCLA School of Law has compiled a thorough and up-to-date research guide on the Affordable Care Act. This guide, Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) Resources, would make an excellent starting point for anyone researching the law and its implications and challenges.
