Voting Drop Box Ruling Available

In a case filed by the Ohio Democratic Party against Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, a common pleas judge in Franklin County finds that the restriction of voting drop boxes to one location per county is “arbitrary and unreasonable.” The full option in the case is included in this article on the topic on Cleveland.com.
