HeinOnline: A History of Capital Punishment

HeinOnline’s A History of Capital Punishment is a great resource for death penalty and criminal law research that includes both database and PDF versions of the Eugene and Marilyn Wanger’s Death Penalty Collection: A Descriptive Bibliography, which represents more than 50 years of expert and extensive research on the subject. Also included are hundreds of additional related publications, such as hearings, trial information, and scholarly articles. The database has basic and advanced search options along with a table of contents that is easy to browse.
