Social Justice Events & Activities

image of black hands surrounding the word JusticeThe C|M|Law Library Social Justice and Antiracism Resources guide provides information on upcoming events and webinars taking place in the greater Cleveland area, Ohio, and nationally.  September events include the September 10th Conversation between Dr. Kate Masur and Judge Solomon Oliver, Jr., free for law students and part of the C|M|Law Community Conversations series.  A key national event is the 9/28-10/1 National Urban League Virtual Conference, “the nation’s largest and most influential annual civil rights and urban advocacy event.”  If you’re looking for individual, reflective activities, see the Racial Equity & Social Justice Challenge syllabus on the Social Justice and Antiracism Resources guide.  The Syllabus provides links to readings, podcasts, videos, and seminars, as well as a “Reflection Log” for participants who would like to record their thoughts.  See the Social Justice and Antiracism Resources guide for more information.
