Virtual Recreation Center – Fitness & Well-Being While Socially Distancing

This fall semester, the Recreation Center on campus has reopened to CSU students only, so this may be great way for you to stay physically active during your first semester at C|M|LAW. However, if you’d rather not participate in person, the Rec is offering a broad range of services and events through Virtual Rec. You’ll find live virtual fitness classes, at-home workouts, mindful moments, wellness presentations, and even virtual personal training. There are also fun upcoming events like Viking Virtual Olympics and a workshop series that includes entertaining sessions on painting and cooking.

Attending to your mental and physical health and well-being is an important part of your time at C|M|LAW. The Rec on campus (or vitually!) is one way you can do that.
