Professor Sundahl Appointed to Hague Space Resources Governance Working Group

M_SUNDAHL.jpgProfessor Mark Sundahl has been appointed to the Hague Space Resources Governance Working Group. The Working Group was created by the International Institute of Air and Space Law at Leiden University in the Netherlands to address the legal issues related to mining precious metals from near-Earth asteroids, as well as extracting water and other natural resources on the moon and Mars in order to support human settlements there.

Law Library Hours Thanksgiving Weekend

The Law Library will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 24, Thanksgiving Day AND Friday, November 25

On Saturday, November 26 we will be open 9am-5pm.  On Sunday, November 26th we will be open 10am-10pm.


The Final “The Other Guys Contest” for the Semester: U.S. Supreme Court Records and Briefs

Thanks to all who participated in our “The Other Guys” Demos and read our blog posts!  Now is the time for our last “The Other Guys” contest for the semester on the U.S. Supreme Court Records and Briefs database.  The contest the winner will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.

Here are the rules:

  • Email your answers to Brian Cassidy by 11:59 PM, Wednesday November 30th;
  • Winner chosen by random drawing of correct entries on Thursday December 1, and notified by email same day.
