Religion and Law in Public Schools published by Cleveland State University Partner Education Law Association is a timely and thorough publication on the topic.  One of the editors of the publication is Cleveland State’s (CSU) own Professor Ralph Mawdsley.  Professor Mawdsley is a Professor of both Law and Education at CSU.

27 authors, all leading scholars on religion and education contributed articles, and discussion questions to this book concerning religion in public primary/secondary schools and universities.  The book deals with the background of religion and schooling, the development of legal precedent, as well as contemporary and future issues of educational administration in the current Presidential Administration and beyond.
