Mindfulness in Lawyering

Lawyers are notoriously unhappy. If you don’t believe it, this ABA Journal post reports that associate attorney is the unhappiest job in the country. But clearly not all lawyers are blue. Lawyerist recently posted an interview with Jeena Cho, a Korean American attorney who practices mindfulness in her legal career. Cho offers plenty of good suggestions for incorporating mindfulness into email workflow, face-to-face client interactions, and work-life balance.
