Finding Treaties with FLARE, with Citation Help

The FLARE Index to Treaties, developed by the Institute of Advance Legal Studies at the University of London, is a free online tool for finding the full text and citation source information for over 2,000 treaties. The basic and advanced search screens allow queries by title, keyword in the title, keyword in the text of the treaty, date, and place where the treaty was concluded. Results give you a link to the full text of the treaty, and – importantly for developing Bluebook citations – a list of official sources where the treaty can be found.
