Two C|M|LAW Professors in Top Ten EngagedScholarship@CSU Downloads

Professor Emeritus David R. Barnhizer and Professor David F. Forte have Most Popular Papers in Cleveland State’s EngagedScholarship@CSU scholarship repository, based on the average number of full-text downloads per day since the papers were posted. Professor Barnhizer’s article Propertization, Contract, Competition, and Communication: Law’s Struggle to Adapt to the Transformative Powers of the Internet and Professor Forte’s article Islamic Law and the Crime of Theft were both published in the Cleveland State Law Review.

EngagedScholarship@CSU is a scholarly repository that promotes discovery, research, cross-disciplinary collaboration and instruction by collecting, preserving and providing access to scholarly work created at CSU.
